Terms
Last updated October 21, 2026
Fenly is in beta: free, invite-only and still changing. By using this website or the Fenly app you agree to these terms. Invited testers also accept the beta terms shown when they create their account; where the two differ, the beta terms win.
What Fenly is, and isn't
- Fenly checks your contracts, invoices, payments and books against each other and shows what doesn't match, with the records behind each finding.
- It's a beta. It can be wrong or unavailable. It isn't accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it doesn't replace your review. Don't use it for real decisions, filings or payments, and check every number it shows.
- Fenly never moves money, pays anything, or sends emails or messages for you, and it never changes your systems.
Your data
- Upload or connect only data you're allowed to share: you own it, or your company has said yes.
- No patient or health information.
- Your data stays yours. We use it to run the checks you ask for and to improve Fenly in the limited ways the privacy page describes (feedback and conversations with Fenly's made-up examples).
Fair use
- Keep your account to yourself; don't share your invite code or sign-in.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around Fenly's limits or security, or reach other testers' data. If you find a problem, tell us at hello@fenly.ai.
- Don't copy or resell Fenly.
We may limit questions per day, pause an account, or end the beta. Conversations with your own files are deleted when they end, so download any results you want to keep first.
No promises
During the beta Fenly is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on its results.
